As our main Ketamine provider, he has a strong background in anesthesiology making him the perfect fit. Dr. Miller oversees all clinical protocols and ensures the highest standards of safety, ethics, and efficacy in ketamine therapy.
A respected physician and leader, Dr. Miller is passionate about expanding access to evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, PTSD, and chronic pain—particularly for patients who have not found relief through traditional therapies. His approach blends scientific rigor with compassionate care, helping each patient feel seen, understood, and supported on their path to healing. Dr. Elaine Suderio is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice with a passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. With years of experience across primary care, urgent care, and mental health, Elaine brings a well-rounded, integrative approach to patient wellness.
Elaine is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain through the innovative use of ketamine therapy. Her calm, supportive demeanor and clinical precision help patients feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
As a lifelong learner, Elaine stays current with emerging research in mental health, integrative medicine, and psychedelic-assisted therapies, ensuring her patients receive the most advanced and personalized care available.
When she’s not in the clinic, Elaine enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, making art and spending time with her family.

Casandra “Sandy” Way is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Sandy offers a strong foundation in both acute care and preventative wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Empire State College and her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Mount Saint Mary College. With over 25 years of experience in critical care, emergency medicine, and surgical services, Sandy brings deep clinical knowledge and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2020, she has shifted her focus toward integrative health; driven by a desire to help people take charge of their well-being before illness occurs. Sandy has a special interest in anti-aging medicine, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and weight management, combining evidence-based approaches with a personalized touch. At Hudson Valley Ketamine Lounge, she brings a thoughtful and holistic perspective to each patient’s healing journey.
